Fairfield interior and bathroom remodel project

San Mateo street was another interior and bathroom remodel project we did in december of 2016. It was a 1300sqft house in a not so great area of fairfield, with an incredibly small budget. This was more of a rehab, than a remodel. The key difference is that a remodel usually involves moving walls, floor plan changes, etc. A rehab is more like a refresh using the existing layout.  The total project length for this renovation was 3 weeks from start to finish. Some of the work we did here was:

  • Kitchen cabinet hardware & paint
  • laminate flooring
  • Interior and exterior doors
  • Full Bathroom remodel of hall bath
  • Partial master bath remodel
  • Carpet
  • Interior / Exterior paint
  • Replaced all light fixtures, switches & plugs
  • Recessed lighting in the kitchen
  • Drywall repair throughout
  • New baseboard
  • New door hardware
  • Dryrot repair
